I am an licensed professional counselor and registered art therapist born and raised in San Antonio, TX.

A little about me outside the therapy room—I love being outdoors, going to concerts, watching horror movies, and spending time with my friends and family. I’m married and a proud mom of three wild boys (ages 2, 4 and 6). We share our home with a puppy, a cat, a rabbit, and a turtle—so there’s never a dull moment in my world!

I earned my Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling, along with a Certificate in Children’s Mental Health, from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM. Over the years, I’ve worked across a range of settings—including outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, residential programs, and with individuals managing chronic illness. These wonderful experiences have shaped my understanding of how layered, personal, and powerful the healing process can be.

My approach to therapy is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strength-based and lots of humor. I strive to meet clients exactly where they are—with warmth, curiosity, and respect—and offer, thoughtful guidance that encourages deeper reflection, emotional awareness, and meaningful change.

I have a special interest in supporting individuals with ADHD and am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) with focus on creating systems and addressing other mental heal challenges.  I enjoy working closely to better understand the unique challenges and strengths of ADHD, and how to navigate those with more clarity and motivation.
